These reveal whether they've actually talked to users and care about their problems.

What Good Answers Look Like
- Specific examples: They can cite real situations, not hypotheticals
- User focus: Answers reference impact on users, not just technical details
- Pragmatism: They acknowledge tradeoffs and constraints
- Ownership: They say "I decided" and "I shipped," not "we" or "the team"
- Self-awareness: They can admit failures and learnings
- Curiosity: They ask questions about your product and users
